Sometimes the great ones are taken early!

You may have seen Randy Pausch's Last Lecture on YouTube. If not, I'll post it here. It's worth seeing.
This is what he says about apologies:
"Proper apologies have three parts:
1) What I did was wrong.
2) I feel badly that I hurt you.
3) How do I make this better?"
Source: Randy Pausch, Jeffrey Zaslow, The Last Lecture, 2008, page 162.

Randy died on July 25, 2008 at the age of 47 from complications from pancreatic cancer.

  1. Hey Debbie! It's Jausi!
I was wondering if I could be linked to your grandkids site and was wondering if Nat had had her little one yet? We just found out yesterday we are expecting a little girl in January!
Hope all is going good for you and your cute family!
