I read this too late for Thanksgiving but it's so easy I think I will try it yet and it might be good for Christmas too.
Fresh Cranberry Sauce
- 12 oz bag of cranberries
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar (white or brown)
- 1/2 cup water
Combine and simmer in microwave (covered) or on stovetop til berries burst, about 10 minutes. Stir and mash a bit as they cook.
Chill thoroughly and serve.
