House for Sale in Provo

You can see more on my blog under Provo or here http://www.InfoTube.net/188395

We've been working on it and getting it ready for sale. Market is down but this is an unbelievable deal for someone who can come up with the money. When times are down like this, those who can invest can make a killing - instant equity and good return on investment when market improves.

Tips for using....

If you try looking at one of the slide shows a second time and it doesn't give you that option, refresh your page and it should work.

I have added a few more pictures of Steve's house. Under labels on the right go to "Provo" if you want to jump to that one. If you know anyone in the market for a very nice, HUGE house in the $600K range, let me know. There's over 7,000 sq. feet with indoor sport court, sauna, rooms for exercise and home theater, mother-in-law apartment and it's located on the upper east bench above BYU and the Provo Temple. The house needs a little work or the price would be $700K so built-in equity and loan to appraisal value means mortgage insurance would not be required.

Civil War & Provo House

Steve and I have been taking advantage of spring break from school (for him). We saw The Civil War at Hale Center Theater. They always do a great job and this one was very moving - a musical that is not all light-hearted, but powerful. Merrill Osmond starred in it because he had wanted to do the show, learned it was being performed locally so he came. Andrew Barrus directed it.

We worked on the Provo house too. Here are some of the photos. More to come because the house is to be sold.
