Dixie Chicks Hen Party

Nat reminded me I should explain... We coined the phrase "Dixie Chicks" because we lived in a neighborhood called, Dixie Valley. We formed a bond at that time in our lives that hasn't been broken! (I added "hen" because we're all moms and we love to brag about our baby "chicks")

This group of YOUNG ladies were at Monday night's get-together at the Old Spaghetti Factory. We doubled our numbers from last summer's lunch and the goal is to double again next time - we'll each bring another friend from our past. These were friends from when we had our babies and we wouldn't have survived without each other. So great to see them again!

Dixie Chicks - Didn't recognize us?

Several of us who had our first homes in Dixie Valley got together for a reunion of the survivors today at the O.G. It was great to reminisce. We found each other through FB. It was so fun we plan to do it again and hope to get a few more who couldn't make it today. Jane came all the way from Price (top left) Others include L-R, Cozi, Me, Elouise, Kathy, Teresa, Patti.
