It's not possible to do everything.
It's not possible to keep everyone happy - even in one family.
I can't possibly spread myself or my resources thin enough to do the job
and when I'm stretched the holes appear.
And everyone feels neglected; even me.
I'm far from perfect, yet I'm accused of thinking I know it all,
nagging, and lecturing.
I'm in a strange place among strangers.
I am not invincible
I can't solve the problems.

Amen. I understand your feelings completely.
ReplyDeleteYou weren't sent here to try to do it all alone.
It seems to be the way it's been my whole life, pretty much.
ReplyDeleteThey say the essence of insanity is to continue doing the same thing(s) while expecting to get a different result.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's time to stop running as fast as you can around and around the same old track and stop long enough to evaluate whether or not that track will take you where you really want to go.
Where do you really want to go?
