This is where I share RANDOM rants and ruminations, beliefs, lists, dreams, goals, frustrations, bargains, and social injustices (EVAGATION, n. the act of wandering; excursion; a roving or rambling). More about me than you wanted to know. You may not agree with me but I hope you share my belief that what makes America great is freedom to have and express differing views. Enjoy peeking into my public journal if you want to know that part of me I share here. Enjoy!
I can certainly relate to being put in a locked down psychiatric facility against your will for six days. To this day, no evidence of mental illness.
I agree with Ken. I know my lawyer is getting all my and my family's hard earned money. And for what? Our system isn't perfect, but it is all we have got. I wish Jon hadn't chosen to deal with our problems by filing for divorce. I would like to think we could have dealt with our problems without involving the courts. A girl can dream...
There seems to be a memory lapse on both counts Karla. On the court involvement, who took whom to court? The divorce filing was the direct result of your false allegations that were taken to court by you. Though your legal fees were paid by the taxpayers; Jon's were not. Even if you were misdirected by "friends" and support people, you must accept that responsibility. It would be hard for anyone to continue in a marriage after that. I'm sorry it worked out that way. It is truly unfortunate that the attorneys are making out like bandits here.
This is another great example of the truth of what I've learned (the hard way) about our court system:
ReplyDeleteQuestion: What do you get when you put a judge and a few lawyers together in a courtroom?
Answer: Nothing . . . the lawyers get it all.
