Feeling very grateful today. I was the recipient of lots of Christ-like service yesterday on my roof. The Bishop and both counselors came, the High Priest group leader and his counselor (who was also able to get us some great roofing advice from his roofer-friend and DISCOUNT as well as supplying the big truck to transport the equipment). A couple other guys from the ward along with family all worked so hard, sweating buckets in the mid-90s heat. Such sacrifice on a Labor Day weekend when they'd rather all be doing something fun (or at least their own projects).
This is Christianity in action!
