Upset

It's been a day filled with emotions I can only talk about in a private journal. Funny thing is I had a journal like this once and it was password protected in some genealogy software I had purchased. Unfortunately I forgot the password, hadn't written it down anywhere (in my effort to keep it private in a house full of people) so it was lost forever. Since then I've been pretty sporadic about journal-keeping because I don't enjoy writing longhand any more, but I can't trust the privacy on a shared computer. So, I just have this public one now. My innermost thoughts may just have to stay there.

  1. There is a way to get your journal back, almost for sure Debbie. If you still have the hard drive or back up disks around, hang on to them. Side issue= if your backups are on floppies, floppies go bad so you may immediately want to copy the old disks onto new floppies. I have ton of new floppies. Also, there are ways to do password, such that there be no way you could forget what it is, sole exception being across the board amnesia (-:
