5K Walk

This morning I did a 5K walk and it was so nice! Good company, nice day, feels good. But, then I may have pushed it a bit. On my lunch hour I went to a toning/weight lifting class for an hour and boy do I feel it, already. I hate to think what I'll be like tomorrow. Muscles I haven't seen for a while, I'm afraid.

Steve gave me the rest of a favorite quote (I entered a portion of it before but didn't have the whole thing). It's such a wonderful thought.

"Oh, the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person; having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but to pour them all out, just as they are, chaff and grain together, knowing that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and then, with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away."
George Eliot (Mary Ann Evans)
