Thank your for posting this. I was afraid after a comment you made about a month ago that you were not going to post to your blog anymore. I'm glad that was not the case.

You are a great woman with a true desire for good. Keep up the good work and it is wonderful to read what you write and watch what you post.

I love this video. It reminds me of the wonderful feelings I always have when I serve others. It's so easy to get caught up in our own problems and busy-ness and forget that true joy and happiness come from helping those around us. Thanks for the great reminder!

Who I am...

I'm "Dr. Mom," "Dex," "Merry Maid" (or Jetson's "Rosie"), "Betty Crocker," "Nurse Nancy," "Mom's B&B," "Miller Moving & Storage," "Dear Abby," "Got Junk?" "Google Maps," "Wiki-mom," "Memory Keeper" or "The Nanny" depending on who needs me at the moment. I'm a Mormon mom and grandma (traditional but sometimes unconventional). I like the new term for us boomer grandmas (glam-mother) because we have spent our whole lives redefining rules and stereotypes. WYSIWYG! I must have chocolate every day and I can say the alphabet backwards (fast!) - so can all my kids - our claim to fame!

Fundamental Principles of Our Religion

We don't spend our twenties trying to "find" ourselves....we know who we are. This gives us a jump-start on life!

Dulcet - adj. A sound or voice so gorgeous you just have to listen to it again and again no matter what. So recognizable that even the faintest hint of it in the distance can send your mind reeling. "I wish i could speak to her again just to hear those dulcet tones - Urban Dictionary... and the more traditional definition: 1, pleasant to the ear; melodious. 2. pleasant or agreeable to the eye or the feelings; soothing.
