A Crystal Surprise

If you read my blog you know I don't often endorse a product, but I have to tell you, this one is amazing.  I have never been really happy with the results I get with dryer sheets but the convenience was there and they eliminated static but without really softening the clothes.  The liquid softeners worked better but seemed to leave a film on my clothes, especially noticeable on the nylons and towels.  But I hated having to remember to add it or put it in a dispenser.  Most of the machines I have had do not have the built-in dispenser so it was a real pain.

Enter - a new kind of fabric softener that's 92% natural; not oil-based (oil leaves residue).  It also preserves fabric properties such as flame retardant sleepwear, wicking of moisture in sportswear, and absorbency of towels.

This is the answer.  I was skeptical about putting Purex Crystals right onto the clothes in the wash cycle (how could this work for the softener?) but it was perfect!  I found it easy to dispense, the clothes were very soft, no static cling and no film - especially noticeable on the delicates.   I also loved the fragrance (I used the blue).  I could be one of those ladies who sniff their laundry and get all dreamy-eyed!

I'm a bargain shopper by nature but sometimes you really do get what you pay for.  (I think I just wrote a commercial!)
